The series comprises three stepper motors BPS building sizes: the 1216 BPS, the BPS 1620 and BPS 2532. All versions work with three cylinders that are driven by the the associated valves; these can be controlled with a PLC for example. Because of the construction, the stepper motors are reversible and make a step of 3 ° per piston actuation. Naturally, smaller steps can be achieved in combination with a gear reducer.

Widely applicable
The stepper motors are suitable for many applications. Not only because they withstand dusta and pollution, but also because they are deployable in temperatures of -25 to 70 ° C. They also provide a high accuracy of ± 9 arc minutes and the accuracy is independent of the number of steps. The smallest frame size that already a torque of 1.7 Nm, the biggest version has 10 Nm. The different characteristics make the motors suitable for rotary and linear drive (through a hollow shaft design), adjustments of work pieces in production machines, accurate metering and positioning.
Control of the motor
The control of the motors can be as simple and advanced executed as the user wishes. You can choose a direct drive through a matrix control valve or through three 3 / 2 way valves.
